Due to recent U.S. Customs regulatory updates, you may experience multi-day transit delays for shipments. Please ensure you select "business address" or "home address" when adding a new address to ensure your order is reported correctly.
Please note that certain goods from specific countries are subject to higher tariffs and import restrictions. Ensure you check the regulations for the country of origin of your items to avoid unexpected charges or delays. You can contact your local customs office for more information. Please note, the receiver will be liable for import duties and taxes, should the order be returned undelivered, please note the refund will be processed minus the shipping costs.
We are working hard to manage this change. This is a temporary measure, and we will provide updates as the situation evolves. If you have any questions or need help with placing your order, please contact our Customer Services Team or select "Quotation" as the payment method online.

For express orders with all items in stock, received by 2 pm Monday to Friday (or 12 pm for Schwegler products), we will dispatch the same day. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. If you require an urgent part-dispatch, please contact Customer Services.
We hold a large inventory, allowing us to dispatch most orders quickly. However, if certain items are out of stock, delivery times may be extended. The lead times displayed on the item pages are estimates based on previous restocking durations from our suppliers. Should there be any unforeseen changes, we will make every effort to notify you via email with updated lead times.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification via email at which point we will take card payment.

From the 1st of July 2021, all VAT in the EU for online sales needs to be charged at the rate of the delivery country, not the country where the products are sold. This is called OSS “One Stop Shop”. You may notice that some prices have increased or decreased from those advertised before the 1st July 2021, this is due to the % VAT charged in your country.
If you are a business and have an EU VAT number, please provide this when placing your order to ensure that where applicable VAT is removed.
We recommend you set your delivery address on nhbs.com when you arrive on the site, in order to see accurate pricing for your destination. You can do this by clicking on the country or currency in the top right hand corner of the website.
